First Studio Visit:
Please plan to arrive 15-10 minutes prior to class start time. We will lock the doors exactly at class start time. Please ensure you arrive early or on time. Please be mindful, once doors are locked unfortunately we can not let you in. Please do not knock on doors or windows.
At the time of check-in inform teacher if you are new to yoga, or if you have any injuries, old surgeries, or any conditions (including pregnancy). You must have consent from your physician before you can practice yoga. This will allow instructors to offer modifications, that will keep you safe.
During non-Covid times, the majority of teachers do Hands-on Assists and Adjustments. This will allow you to come into poses properly and guide you a bit deeper into the pose is a safe and supportive way. If you prefer the teacher not to give you adjustments and assists please notify the teacher at the time of check-in prior to class starting.
